Counselling is a professional service offering a safe, confidential space to explore and work through your thoughts and feelings without judgement.   
What can it help with?
Counselling can help with:
  • Anxiety, depression, stress, suicidal thoughts
  • Relationship breakdown or loss
  • Bereavement
  • Work related concerns
  • Self esteem
  • Coping with ill health

What to expect?
I offer a free initial consultation for up to 20 minutes to discuss your needs and how I can help.
The sessions last for an hour at £40 per session, for students it is £30.
Counselling generally lasts between six and twelve sessions but the option of longer term support can be discussed in your review.
Counselling takes place at a counselling service in Milnsbridge where I have use of a room. 
Online counselling is available on request via Zoom.
