"Hello and welcome,
My name is Amanda and I am an experienced counsellor with over ten years experience helping people deal with anxiety, depression, bereavement and other concerns.
I feel passionately that given the right support and skills most people have the ability for growth and are able to find their inner strength to make positive changes in their lives.
I provide a warm, friendly, safe and confidential space for you, allowing the exploration of the issues affecting you. We work at a pace that you are comfortable with. Together we look at ways to manage your problems and empower you to challenge negative thoughts that get in the way."
